According to the methodology, investment projects will be classified into those with targeted and cooperative energy saving effect.
IDGC of the North-West, JSC is introducing a methodology for investment project energy efficiency indicators evaluation. An order on approval of a provisional methodology was signed on May 2, 2012 by General Director of the Company Alexander Kukhmay. The provisional methodology for investment project energy efficiency indicators evaluation in the course of the Company’s investment programs formation will remain in effect until elaboration and approval of methodological Guidelines on the Company’s investment projects energy efficiency evaluation.
The evaluation methodology will enable promptest identification of the set of investment projects implementation whereof is capable to enhance efficiency of the electric power grid complex operation inclusive of electric energy losses reduction and increase of IDGC of the North-West investment activities energy efficiency.
Investment projects initiators will undertake calculation of energy efficiency in accordance with the approved methodology. The obtained energy efficiency calculations will be included in investment projects supporting materials. According to the methodology, investment projects will be classified into those with targeted and cooperative energy saving effect.
