In the Kremlin the festive ceremony was held.
The Order of Friendship was conferred on Galina Zelentsova, an electrician for repair of relay protection and automation apparatus of “Pechora Electric Power Grids” production division of Komienergo branch of IDGC of the North-West, JSC. It was President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev in person that presented the state award to her during the festive ceremony held in the Kremlin.
During the 35 years of her professional career Galina Zelentsova participated in commissioning of most substations in Pechora and Usinsk and subsequently was actively involved in their adjustment and reconstruction. Additionally, the electrician from Pechora was among the enthusiasts who promoted adoption of digital oscillographs required for analysis of abnormal occurrences in electric power grids, commissioning of an emergency automation complex and relay protection and automation reconstruction.
