Power engineers of the Samara Distribution Grids Branch of Rosseti Volga, PJSC summed up the work with citizens' appeals. In total, about 9,200 requests were received in 2020.

In connection with the restrictions associated with the spread of viral infections, last year, citizens' applications were received online via Ïîðòàë-òï.ðôand Svetlaya Strana websites, a call center and social networks. A significant part of the questions were related to the quality of power supply, technological connection to grids, the installation of smart metering devices, violations of the security zones of power transmission lines.

Often, Samara energy workers received questions that were not related to the activities of Rosseti Volga or related to the competence of other grid companies in the region: calculation of consumed electricity, lack of power supply in apartment buildings, issues of street lighting in the regional capital, etc. These appeals were also promptly processed by the specialists of Samara Distribution Grids and the applicants were forwarded to the appropriate organizations.

This year, work with citizens' appeals will continue. Energy workers ensure that all applicants receive timely and qualified advice or assistance.
