Moscow, Russia – April 11, 2013 – Rostelecom OJSC (MICEX - RTS: RTKM, RTKMP; OTCQX: ROSYY), Russia’s national telecommunications operator, acknowledges  announcement by Marshall Capital Partners stating that Marshall Capital Partners and Arkady Rotenberg’s Bellared Holdings Limited have amicably agreed to terminate their agreement relating to the sale of Marshall Capital Partners’ entire 10.7% stake in Rostelecom. A deal could not be completed within the one month timeframe agreed between both parties, freeing both parties of their mutual obligations to each other in relation to the deal.
