Arbitration Court of Arkhangelsk region satisfied the claim of "IDGC North-West “ to JSC " Arhenergosbyt " about  recovering of  6.4 million rubles, the debt for services rendered for electric power transmission from June to October 2010

The services were provided with using of facilities of  the Unified National (All-Russian) electrical network, rented from OJSC "FGC UES", (objects "last mile")., The court rejected as having no legal meaning, the reasons of JSC " Arhenergosbyt " about  termination of the contractual relationship between the JSC "IDGC North-West" and JSC "UES FGC".

A similar position was previously occupied by the Arbitration Court of Vologda region, dismissed the statements of “Vologda Sales Company “to review the court decision because of newly discovered evidence.

On the basis of a judicial decision from “ Vologda Sales Company “ was recovered 600 million rubles of debt for services rendered in December 2008 - August 2009, as well as 41 million rubles of  interest .
