On July 14, 15 the most famous foreign business partners of the St. Petersburg optical firm visited LOMO PLC. There were the Presidents of the International Lomographic Society - Matthias Fiegl and Volfgang Stranzinger.

            In the framework of visit the negotiations took place, concerning the future cooperation of these organizations. The conditions of supplying of cameras "LOMO-compact" to lomographers to the nearest one and half a year, including volumes, prices and conditions of payments were defined more precisely on the negotiations. In accordance to the signed after negotiations contract  LOMO will send to Vienna to the Lomographic Society 15000 cameras till the end of 2003. The leaders of the Lomographic Society will inform about their decision, concerning volumes of cameras supplying for 2004, on September, 2003.

            Also the range of other questions, connected with new perspective joint projects, was discussed at the negotiations. In the end of the meeting the top-management of the firm officially invited lomographers to the celebration of the 90th anniversary of the foundation of the first optical factory in Russia, from which LOMO has grown. The Presidents of the Lomographic Society with gratitude took the invitation and promised as a present to give the opportunity to get acquainted with lomographic opinion about St. Petersburg and about famous optical firm to citizens of the northern capital.
