Penzaenergo, a branch of IDGC of Volga, PJSC (a member of Rosseti Group), carries out a complex of measures to ensure a reliable power supply to the infrastructure of the 3rd turn of development of the residential estate Ternovka Penza No. 5 (Sputnik). In particular, Penza electric power engineers implemented technological connection of a 10 kV distribution point, located in the territory of the town being built, to a powerful supply centres – the Vodozabor 110/35/10-6 kV substation. Now electricity goes to the town being built by two 10 kV cable lines, with a total length of more than 7 km.

Sputnik is the most large-scale Penza project in the field of construction of a residential area with developed infrastructure. The total area of projected housing will be more than 2.7 million sq.m.
