For more than half a year OAO DON Stroy and OOO PPSK CHP-25 failed to pay for the heat they consumed in the winter 2002-2003. The companies' debts amounted to more than 22 million rubles. As of today AO MOSENERGO reached an agreement with the two debtors to restructure the debt. The parties signed agreements and AO MOSENERGO resumed hot water supply. In accordance with the signed agreements, DON-Story and PPSK CHP-25 are obliged to pay their debts in full before September 1, 2003.

AO MOSENERGO guarantees to ensure reliable power supply for these consumers on condition of their meeting the assumed obligations.

The residential department of the Russian Academy of Sciences was among the first to sign a debt restructuring agreement with AO MOSENERGO. After that, AO MOSENERGO resumed hot water supply to RAN buildings. However, RAN residential department has thus far failed to meet its obligations, which it assumed by signing the debt restructuring agreement.
