Samara Distribution Grids, a branch of IDGC of Volga, PJSC (a member of Rosseti Group of Companies), has been taking all necessary measures to prevent further amassing of debts for power transmission services.

Currently, the total amount payable to the interregional power grid company exceeds 450 million rubles. The total amount due to the power distributors is more than 1.5 times bigger than the budget of the annual repair program of Samara Distribution Grids. The company has been resorting to all possible means to collect the debts — court claims, consideration of proposals on debt restructuring including payment deferral etc. However, the debtors do not hurry to pay off their liabilities to the power distributors. Most of the severe debtors are territorial grid companies. The biggest amount is owed by RT-Energotrading, LLC (approximately 372 million rubles).

Payment terms are also violated by PK Avtokomponent Syzran, JSC (over 3.8 million rubles), Setevaya Kompaniya, LLC (over 2.6 million), RES, LLC (over 6.1 million), and Voda-16, SUE (500,000 rubles). The rest of the debts are accounted for by bankrupt companies.
