According to the results of the Company's financial and economic activity per the first quarter of 2002, OJSC MGTS' revenues from the work sales has constituted 2,407,337 thousand rubles, which exceed the same last year's indicator by 38% (1,736,170 thousand rubles).

The Company's revenue growth has spurred the increase of its net profit, thereby reaching the amount of 262,031 thousand rubles as against 56,159 thousand rubles in the first quarter of 2001.
