The Director General of JSC "ROSSETI", Oleg Budargin, held a meeting with the management of Hyundai Heavy Industries - at electrical equipment factory of the Korean Concern in Ulsan (South Korea). The Head of the Department for Fuel and Energy Sector of Moscow Government, Pavel Levinsky, took part in the negotiations.
The parties discussed the possibility to supply the equipment of Hyundai Heavy Industries to power facilities of JSC "ROSSETI"'s subsidiaries, the development of partnership in terms of expansion of the order of high-voltage gas-insulated switch-gears (HVGIS), production of which is established by the Concern in Artem city (Russia), located in the Far East, and other aspects of the interaction.
During the meeting, Oleg Budargin congratulated Oh-gap Kwon on his appointment as the President and the Chief Executive Officer of Hyundai Heavy Industries, thanked for excellent organization of a recent visit of chief engineers of JSC "ROSSETI" subsidiaries to Korea - to the Concern's enterprises, as well as outlined the main directions of partnership.
JSC "ROSSETI" considers Hyundai Heavy Industries Concern as a participant and a key partner of a programme of comprehensive modernization of Russian power grids sector. In particular, within the framework of New Moscow grid infrastructure development, it is planned to use the equipment of the Korean Concern among others", said the Director of JSC "ROSSETI".
Oh-gap Kwon also expressed his confidence that the relations between the two companies would grow and develop.
