On 15 April 2004, a seminar of the managers of the CenterTelecom affiliates' radio studios was held at the Ivanovo affiliate head office, the subject of the seminar being "Operation of the radio studios in the new business environment. Strategy and capabilities development." Mr. Gennadiy Brussentsev - corporate Deputy General Director and Director of the Ivanovo affiliate of JSC CenterTelecom, General Directorship communication specialists, managers of the radio studios of the Company's affiliates, viz. "Radio Chance" (Yartelecom), "The Oka Dawns" (Ryazan Region affiliate), Lipetsk Informradio (Lipetsk Region affiliate), Iva-Radio (Ivanovo Region affiliate), the Ivanovo Region Administration officials, local mass media people and broadcast listeners took part in the seminar.

JSC CenterTelecom and its affiliates possess a powerful radio broadcasting resource. All the Company's affiliates are capable of maintaining wired radio broadcasting, twelve affiliates - wireless radio broadcasting, and seven affiliates can conduct radio broadcasting through cable television channels. The Moscow, Kaluga and Kursk Region affiliates of the Company can carry out wireless television broadcasting.

"It would be illogical not to employ this technical and intellectual potential", Gennadiy Brussentsev, CenterTelecom Deputy General Director and Director of the Company's Ivanovo Region affiliate stressed addressing himself to the seminar participants. "Therefore, we support our own radio studio everyway."

The "Iva-Radio" reaffirms its high broadcast efficiency, holding a persistent popularity rating lead amid the federal, region and city radio broadcasting stations.

The Editor-In-Chief of the "Iva-Radio" Mr. Vitaliy Prygunov shared the station's creative activity secrets with the seminar participants, apprising them of its immediate and long-term business plans.

It was very useful for the managers of the broadcasting stations to exchange views on the matters concerning the organization of a broadcasting process, topics, subject entries (rubrics), and musical repletion.

The seminar participants were introduced to the technical armory of the "Iva-Radio" studio, and worked together on recording its next broadcast transmission.
