During the last year in the Eastern electrical networks of “Orenburgenergo” electric losses were reduced by 0,84%. At the year-end this figure was 3,72% from the network supply in comparison with 4,56% in 2007. The reduction of technical losses made possible by substitution of 53 current transformers, switching of 198 electrical power counters from the transformer to the direct connection, substitution of 536 house inputs to the isolated ones. Eastern electrical network specialists made 2674 raids to the problem consumers took over 1700 formal notes, according to which the electrical power thefts repaired the damage to the “Orenburgenergo” for the consumption of 5 million kilowatt-hours without the counters.

On the whole in 2008 year in the electrical network of “Orenburgenergo” the losses reduced by 1,08% and became 6,76% from the supply.
