Moscow, Russian Federation – Mobile TeleSystems OJSC (“MTS” – NYSE: MBT), the largest mobile phone operator in Russia and the CIS, announces that its consolidated subscriber base reached 80.21 million users on November 30, 2007.
During November 2007, MTS’ consolidated subscriber base increased by 1.09 million subscribers.
