On working meeting between Alexey Miller and Nikolay Vinogradov

Today, the Gazprom Headquarters has hosted a working meeting between Alexey Miller, Chairman of the Gazprom Management Committee and Nikolay Vinogradov, Governor of the Vladimir Oblast.

The parties discussed the progress with the implementation of the Agreement of cooperation between Gazprom and the Vladimir Oblast authorities as well as the regional gasification program execution. The parties underlined that the construction of gasification facilities is accomplished in full pursuance with the synchronized schedule.

Reference:

The Agreement for cooperation and the Agreement for gasification between Gazprom and the Vladimir Regional Administration were signed in September 2002 and November 1999, respectively. In April 2006 the parties signed a synchronized construction schedule of the regional gasification facilities.

In 2006 Gazprom supplied nearly 3 bcm of gas and the same amount is slated for this year.

The Vladimir Oblast is currently gasified by 68 per cent including 83 per cent in cities, towns & urban settlements and 21 per cent in rural area. The average rates in Russia are at 54 per cent, 61 per cent, 36 per cent, respectively.

Over 2005 to 2007 Gazprom committed more than RUR 1.4 bln for the regional gasification. In 2006 Gazprom constructed two gas pipelines between settlements with the total length of 41.8 km. Gazprom plans to commission six additional gas pipelines between settlements in 2007.

In its turn, the Vladimir Oblast authorities plan to provide construction of 164.5 km of in-settlement gas pipelines, to convert to natural gas 17 heating plants and gasify 5717 households. It is planed to commit RUR 619 mln for these purposes.
