This year power engineers of Saratov Distribution Grids, a branch of IDGC of Volga, PJSC (a member of Rosseti Group) will need to repair 1,340.9 km of overhead power transmission lines of 35 kV and 110 kV. Total length of overhead lines of lower voltage — from 0,4 kV to 10 kV — to be repaired equals to 2,653.1 km. Repair works will cover 121 substations (35 kV and above) and 1,295 transformer substations (6–10/0.4 kV).

Major power transmission lines are Pugachev-Klintsovka (35 kV), Oktyabrskiy Gorodok — Lipovka (35 kV), Dzerzhinskaya-1,2 chain (110 kV), CHP-2-Zapadnaya, Stanok substation (110 kV), Turki.

Traditionally, the main focus will be placed on clearing and widening of forest corridors. This year such works are to be carried out on the territory of 1,047.7 hectares. Successful implementation of the repair program is one of the most important conditions for stable operation of the electric grid complex and uninterrupted power supply to consumers in the Saratov region.
