JSC "ROSSETI" and SUPPORT OF RUSSIA, All-Russian Public Organization of Small and Medium Enterprises signed a cooperation agreement to create favourable conditions for the development and support of small and medium-sized businesses in Russia.

The document was signed by the Director General of JSC "ROSSETI" - Oleg Budargin - and the president of SUPPORT OF RUSSIA - Alexander Kalinin.

Under the agreement, the priority of co-operation is to provide the availability of energy infrastructure for businesses in the execution of the Roadmap of the Government of the Russian Federation (Improving Accessibility of Energy Infrastructure).

A number of joint initiatives aimed at simplifying and speeding up procedures for grid connection of small and medium-sized businesses to electricity subsidiaries of JSC "ROSSETI" is provided.

Important aspects of cooperation are joint action to address the problem of import substitution in the Russian economy and creation of favourable conditions for attraction of domestic small and medium-sized enterprises to develop and manufacture products and services for the benefit of JSC "ROSSETI".

It is planned to jointly improve the legislation in electrical energy industry sector concerning technological connection for the needs of small and medium-sized businesses and to develop grid infrastructure to meet the challenges of energy supply facilities for the operation of small and medium-sized businesses.

Joint efforts of the parties will be aimed at the attraction of small and medium-sized businesses for the manufacture and development of innovative energy technologies for Russian power grids sector.
