NLMK today announced that it had finalised a deal to divest 100% of its holdings in Independent Transportation Company LLC (NTK) to UCL Rail B.V., a subsidiary of Universal Cargo Logistics Holding B.V. (UCL Holding). The cash consideration for the transaction is $325 million and the net debt of NTK upon completion of the transaction is around $238 million.
