Based on the results of 2017, 2,936 applications were received by the customer communication department (CCD) of Ulyanovsk Distribution Grids, which is a branch of IDGC of Volga, PJSC (a part of Rosseti Group).

 The applications for technological connection of facilities to the branch grids were the most often applications that the power engineers had to consider. The number of such applications amounted to 1,643. Based on the applications filed in 2017, the branch has entered into 1382 agreements for connection to the electric grids with the claimed total power of 33.48 MW.

In the past year, the consumers also applied to the branch CCD regarding the issues connected with the extension and change of the technical specification and change of ownership (146 and 257 applications accordingly). Besides, 72 consumers have taken part in the annual questionnaire aimed at assessment of the branch technological connection activities.

 On February 1, 2018, CCD of Ulyanovsk Distribution Grids branch celebrated 10 years from the date of establishment. Over this period, the power engineers have received 22,350 applications from citizens on a wide range of subjects. And the number of such application is growing from year to year. As compared to 2016, there was a 22% growth in the number of citizens who applied.

 In order to keep permanent feedback with both connected and prospective consumers, personal monthly receptions of citizens by the executive officers are still taking place in the branch and in all of its production departments. They are organized both directly in the company’s offices in Ulyanovsk, Dimitrovgrad, Barysh and Novospasskoye, and on site with the management staff and their authorized persons visiting all districts of the region. During such meetings, the residents of the region may ask any questions of interest and to receive detailed clarifications and consultation. For example, in January, the meetings were held between Evgeny Bespalov, the director of Dimitrovgradsky PD and the individual entrepreneur and the chairman of the gardeners' non-commercial partnership regarding technological connection to the grids of the sawmill in Tiinsk village and of Dubravka gardeners' non-commercial partnership.
