Technological connections of consuming devices used by legal entities and individuals to power grids are one of the key business directions of IDGC of Volga, PJSC (a member of Rosseti Group).
Over the last year the company executed 17,413 contracts on technological connections. Total connected power amounted to 672.4 MW of which 2,651 contracts of aggregate 27.9 MW — with small business enterprises.
Major entities connected in 2015 were ZAO Engellsk Locomotive Plant in the Saratov region, management company Zagorodny Mikrorayon performing construction of 633 houses in the Samara region, oil extraction plant Yakushkinskoye Maslo in the Ulyanovsk region. In Orenburg power of 8.8 MW was connected to new households and household management entities. In the Penza region a turkey processing plant and its mini-CHP in the Bolshie Khutora village as well as a grain elevator in the Tamala settlement were connected to power supply. Electric power was also provided to the Republican Lyceum for Gifted Children in Saransk and other educational institutions in the Republic of Mordovia and in the Chuvash Republic.
In all regions covered by IDGC of Volga, PJSC operations there are customer service centers. Apart from this, a request for connection and other power supply services can be made online via personal account on the company's website.
