On March 20, ALROSA Supervisory Board considered by absent voting the matters related to the agenda of the next Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. Among others, the list of nominees for the new Supervisory Board to be elected following the results of the shareholders’ voting at the Annual General Meeting was approved. There are 19 nominees in the list, including:
