Novolipetsk has won the award for "Best Russian Exporter 2010" in a contest held by the Russian Ministry of Industry & Trade. The company has been recognized as the best exporter in its industry (ferrous metallurgy).

Contest applications were reviewed by the Department of External Economic Relations and the Russian Ministry of Industry & Trade. The award was based upon an assessment of documents submitted by competing companies and calculations made through the examination of indices of consolidated export reports. 

The award ceremony will be held on 23 June in Moscow.
