Bonuses are charged irrespective of the duration of the prepaid period; they depend on the amount of payment: for cable television – from 500 roubles; for Internet access services – from 2,000 roubles.
Dmitry Bagdasaryan, Deputy Director General – Commercial Director of CJSC COMSTAR-Regions, has commented upon introduction of the federal loyalty program: “We used to have regional loyalty programs. Now, we have decided to unite them in a single offer for our permanent clients all over Russia. I am confident that they will appreciate our summer present, thanks to which they will be able to make an active use of our services subject to even more favorable conditions. The loyalty program provides for conditions for subscribers who have a negative balance on their personal account. They get a chance to regain their place among users of high-quality cable TV and high-speed Internet access by COMSTAR.
*The format of the program may vary depending on availability of technical capabilities in different cities. Please, specify conditions in offices of the company.
