Company’s Director General Alexander Kukhmay and head of agency of the Region’s Ministry of Power Sergey Polkolzin signed the document.

On July 7 in Saint Petersburg in terms of the Corporate presentation day (CPD) of IDGC of North-West, the solemn ceremony of Agreement signing on cooperation between IDGC of North-West and Interregional Administration of Department of Energy of RF in the North-Western Federal District took place.

 The document was signed by company’s Director General Alexander Kukhmay and head of agency of the region’s Ministry of power Sergey Podkolzin. The parties changed also honourable certificates which confirmed the connection to the Agreement on cooperation by issues of reliable functioning and perspective development of North-West’s electric grid complex, the joint solution of issues of the mutual interest.

As Sergey Podkolzin noted, the given document is a legal result fastening of two years work, jointly made by IDGC of North-West and Interregional Administration of RF Ministry of Power.

The agreement’s subject is cooperation of parties on issues of reliable functioning and perspective development of the region’s electric grid complex, the assistance of the regional administration of the Ministry of power in its authorities’ exercise, the conditions establishment for the active cooperation on issues of the mutual interest.

The joint representation of interest in the public authorities on issues of the territory development, electric grid complex development, investment programs development and implementation will be the main cooperation trends.

The parties’ representatives are going to cooperate closely under working out of plans-forecasts of IDGC of North-West’s development in preparation terms of Budgeted balance sheet of electric power for perspective. The tariff policy issues in power industry are planned to be solved also.
