On 4 August 2003, a next meeting was held at the PJSC CenterTelecom General Headquarters with telecommunications analysts and representatives of investment companies and business press.

Specialists of financial companies "Nikoil", "Troika-Dialog", Alfa-Bank, ABN AMRO, et al. took part in the meeting. PJSC CenterTelecom was represented by Mr. Sergei Pridantsev - Deputy General Director, Sales Director - PJSC CenterTelecom, Mr. Alexander Dudin - Director of the Economic Policy Department, PJSC CenterTelecom, and Ms. Elena Sidorovich - Director of the Securities and Corporate Management Department, PJSC CenterTelecom.

The members of the investor association were introduced to the new marketing strategy of PJSC CenterTelecom approved by the Company's Board of Directors. PJSC CenterTelecom intends to expand its presence in the segment of the MAP-nonregulated services such as access to Internet, intelligent network services, packet data transmission, and IP-telephony (MAP - Ministry of Antitrust Policy of Russia) .

"Within the next year and a half, we are planning to increase our market share per the Central Federal District in the new telecommunications services sector up to 80%", Mr. Sergei V. Pridantsev noted in his presentation.

Matters relating to various fields of the PJSC CenterTelecom activity, viz. the business results of the first six months of 2003 and the Company's operation in the long view, were tackled at the meeting.

PJSC CenterTelecom holds such meetings regularly within the framework of its Capitalization Promotion Program, special attention being paid to the information openness of the Company.
