July 5, “Nizhnekamskneftekhim” INC played host to a delegation of the Russian Savings Bank (Sberbank) led by S. Volokhov, Director of Projects Financing Department.
The Company has been cooperating with Sberbank for more than seven years. The first joint projects: Ethylene Complex upgrade, construction of polystyrene production facility, placement of the third loan on debentures totaling over RUR 3bn, - were successfully materialized.
A. Shigabutdinov, Chairman of “Nizhnekamskneftekhim” INC Board of Directors and General Director of “TAIF” JSC, and V. Busygin, General Director of “Nizhnekamskneftekhim” INC, held negotiations with Sberbank officers and discussed the current activity issues and cooperation vistas. The Parties highly evaluated the results in implementing joint projects and expressed their interest to establish long-term partnership relations.
Per the outcome of the negotiations, a collaboration program was agreed upon in line with the President’s program of the Tatarstan oil-gas-chemical complex development, which provides for a double gross volume of production.
