Initially, a halobutyl rubber pilot unit was intended for 5 trial tons. To-date, it has already produced around 25 tons. During that time, our chloro- and bromobutyl rubber has been proved at all domestic and major overseas producers of tyres and mechanical rubber items.
Recently, the Experimental-Industrial Production Facility specialists began for the first time in Russia to produce neonol with a high degree of oxyethylation. Right now, the quantity of the same being produced amounts to around 30 tons per month.
The Production Facility specialists have also developed other types of products, which are the components to oil demulsifiers, defoamers, non-hazardous solvents. They are customer-produced and shipped immediately to consumers.
Within 6 current months, the Production Facility has produced about 200 tons of chemical products in small quantities.
