On August 1, 2003 the Uralsvyazinform’s Board of Directors approved Reports on Result of Issue of non-convertible interest-bearing documentary bearer bonds of 03 series, which are subject to obligatory centralized custody. The whole issue is 3 000 000 bonds, nominal value of each bond is RUR1 000. The overall volume is RUR3 bln., maturity period – 3 years.

The issue was placed at MICEX on July 22, 2003. The first coupon rate was determined at 14.25% per annum. The effective YTM amounted to 14.76% per annum.
