On July 30, 2009 JSC Atomredmetzoloto received 16.898bn. RUR from SC Rosatom in the course of an additional emission of its shares. It was the first tranche transferred in the framework of the RF governmental decree ą 909-p (July 11 2009) to provide SC Rosatom with a budgetary subsidy from the Federal Budget in the form of the state’s property contribution of 50bn RUR in order to acquire ARMZ’s shares.

Following the results of the first tranche 07.31.2009 SC Rosatom received 4,256,649,874 of ordinary nominal uncertified shares of Atomredmetzoloto (registration number 1-01-03912-A-002D) and took possession of control stake in JSC Atomredmetzoloto (51.83%).
