The Board of Directors of IDGC of Centre decided to convene an annual meeting of shareholders on June 11. This was said in a statement of the company.

The register of shareholders will be recorded on April 23.

Consideration of the item to determine the meeting agenda was postponed to a later date (April 22).

The production potential of IDGC of Centre is 2,324 substations of 35-110 kV with a total capacity of 31,185.5 MVA and 86,990 substations of 6-10 kV with a total capacity of more than 14,959.1 MVA. The length of power lines along ROW of 35-110 kV is 51,658 km, 0.4-10 kV networks - 325,240 km.

The share capital of IDGC of Centre is 4.222 billion rubles and is divided into 42,217941468 ordinary shares of 0.1 RUB. On January 31, 2014 the largest shareholders of the company were LLC "Depositary and corporate technologies" (50.2%) and CJSC "National Settlement Depository" (44.7%).

The net profit of IDGC of Centre for 2013 under IFRS decreased by 17.22 times to 266,247 million rubles from 4,585 billion rubles a year earlier. The revenue grew by 33.31% to 93,297 billion rubles from 69,984 billion rubles, profit from operations decreased by 2.29 times to 3,395 billion rubles from 7.78 billion rubles, profit before tax - by 5.65 times to 1,049 billion rubles from 5.927 billion rubles.

According to the search engine "DataCapital", the net profit of IDGC of Centre for 2013 under RAS decreased by 11.78 times to 292,898 million rubles from 3,451 billion rubles a year earlier.
