The Press Service would like to announce that Alexander Leyfrid, the former head of OOO LUKOIL-PERM, has been appointed General Director of OOO LUKOIL-Komi and also Vice-president of OAO LUKOIL (combined duties).

Pyotr Oboronkov, the former head of OOO LUKOIL-Komi, will work in the corporate headquartersof the company.   

Oleg Tretyakov, formerly First Deputy General Director - Chief Engineer of OOO LUKOIL-PERM, was appointed General Director of the enterprise.

The staff changes were made in accordance with the OAO LUKOIL policy as regards human resources management. The new appointments reflect the strategic importance the company attaches to the development of the Timan-Pechora province, including the development of Yaregskoye field of high-viscosity oil.

Alexander Viktorovich Leyfrid was born on September 30, 1963. After a graduate degree, he began his career in the oil industry in 1987 in Kogalym. In West Siberia he went through all the stages from an oil-and-gas production operator to the General Director of Kogalymneftegaz, a territorial-production association of OOO LUKOIL-West Siberia. 

In December of 2005, he was appointed Director General of OOO LUKOIL-PERM. In 2008, he became OAO LUKOIL President’s Representative in the Perm territory.

Leyfrid was awarded honorary certificates of the RF Ministry of Fuel and Energy, 
OAO LUKOIL, the Governor of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area, the Union of Oil & Gas Producers of Russia. Conferred the title of “Honorary Oilman", he was also awarded the Medal of the Order "For Service to the Motherland, II class” in 2009.

Oleg Vladimirovich Tretyakov, born on July 13, 1969, is a university graduate. He began his career as a drilling-equipment mechanic in Noyabrsk. After military service he continued to work at West Siberia’s production associations. In 2006, he was appointed Deputy General Director for Production at OOO LUKOIL-PERM. In December of 2006, he became First Deputy General Director - Chief Engineer there. He was awarded honorary certificates of the RF Ministry of Fuel and Energy, OAO LUKOIL and  the Governor of the Perm territory. In 2013, he was awarded the honorary title of “Distinguished Worker of the Oil and Gas Industry of the Russian Federation”.
