Since July 1, 2013, new price lists of Registrar R.O.S.T., JSC take effect that deal with services provided to registered persons in connection with maintenance of security holders registers as well as additional services provided to registered persons in connection with their application to the central Office and regional subdivisions. A notice to the effect is posted on the Registrar’s official website.
The changes are due to Order No 12-111/pz-n of the Federal Financial Markets Service of Russia “On Maximum Charge to be Collected by the Holder of a Register from Registered Persons for Operations within such Register and on such Charge Determination Procedure” dated 25.12.2012 taking effect.
