According to the notice posted on the website of the Superior Commercial Court of the Russian Federation, the Vologda region Arbitration Court dismissed the claim launched by Severstal, JSC for 2.241 bln RUR to be collected from IDGC of the North-West, JSC. The reasons for such judgment to be passed have not been specifically given as yet.
According to the reports of the distribution grid company, Severstal insists on collection of unjustified earnings allegedly received in January-December 2010.
Previously (in April) the Vologda region Arbitration Court dismissed the claim launched by Severstal, JSC for collection of allegedly unjustified earnings in an amount of 886 mln RUR from IDGC of the North-West, JSC and Vologda Retail Company, JSC (Vologdaenergosbyt).
