LSR Group completed the construction of the first three buildings of housing complex in the Primorsky district of St. Petersburg prior to the scheduled date. This housing complex is being built for state order in accordance with the state program “Providing military officers with living quarters.” 

In total six 24-storey houses with 1200 apartments with total area of 72,880 square meters are being built on area of 3.5 ha located on Yahtennaya street, section 5 (north-west of Yahtennaya and Optikov streets intersection). Three commissioned buildings (1, 2 and 4) contain 589 apartments with total area of 36,466 square meters. The rest three buildings are planned for commissioning in June 2015.

All buildings are constructed using precast structures produced by LSR. Construction – North-West. House fronts are made using insulated and ventilated facade systems with mixed decoration: porcelain stoneware, Bolix mineral plaster and Melikonpolar artificial stone facing. According to an architectural design the houses are located based on the alternation of two main colors: beige-brown and yellow, creating the “chessboard” effect.

The buildings are built with a set of the most modern engineering systems as well as security and fire alarm, warning and evacuation management, cable TV and intercom. Rural territories with playgrounds for preschool and school age children, as well as recreation areas for adults, are put in order.
