The Central Bank of Russia registered the additional capital on August 15, 2003. The Bank's total Share Equity increased to RUR 3 Billion ($100 million).

The issue of 5.5 million registered non-documentary common shares, with a face value of 10 roubles each, results in an increase in authorized capital from RUR 145.4 million to RUR 200.4 million.
