On 20 February 2002 Open Joint-Stock Company "Moscow City Telephone Network" (OJSC MGTS) repaid the fourth coupon of the second tranche of the interest documentary bearer bonds with obligatory centralized deposit, A1 series (state registration No 4-010-0083-A, registration date - 28 September 2000) Share

The total of the tranche is Two Hundred Forty Thousand (240 000) bonds, the coupon interest rate being 13.7% per annum, and the coupon value making up 45 rubles and 26 kopecks. The overall amount of the repayments constituted Ten Million Eight Hundred Sixty-Two Thousand Four Hundred (10,862,400) rubles.
