Board of the FTS of Russia agreed the proposal of the committee's on pricing and tariff policy to extend the three-year long term period of RAB-based tariffs regulation for "Novgorodenergo" to 01 January 2015.
IDGC North-West has implemented a model of extension of the terms of RAB in respect of "Novgorodenergo" from three to five years.

June 15, 2011 Board of the FTS of Russia agreed the proposal of the committee's on pricing and tariff policy to extend the three-year long term period of RAB-based tariffs regulation for "Novgorodenergo"  to 01 January 2015.

IDGC North-West conducted relevant activities in close cooperation with regional regulators and in the frames of execution of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation from  27.12.2010, ¹ 1172. 
The transition of "Novgorodenergo" at five-year RAB, will give the possibility to bring together the interests of the territory, company and investors in the sphere of  electric grid
