JSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: RTS, MICEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces that the list of holders of the Company’s domestic bonds of series 01 and 02 to execute the payment of the fourth coupon has been made today, April 16, 2013. The coupon payments will be made on April 22, 2013.

RusHydro successfully placed RUR 15 bln of bonds at 8% in April 2011. The securities are included in quotation list A1 of the MICEX Stock Exchange.
