This municipal unitary enterprise of the Sovetsky district of the Saratov region has debts to IDGC of Volga, PJSC from December 2015 to February 2019 for a total amount of 33.9 million rubles, of which 9.5 million rubles is included in the register of creditors and is a moratorial debt . Debt in the amount of 23.2 million rubles was formed for the period from December 2017 to February 2019.

A similar situation is unacceptable on the eve of the start of the repair company. Unscrupulous defaulters significantly complicate the work of power engineers by their unwillingness to fulfill contractual obligations. Being a socially responsible company, IDGC of Volga, PJSC will certainly find ways to finance a full-fledged repair campaign and fulfill its other obligations. However, it is necessary to take serious measures within the framework of the legal framework to non-paying companies, ignoring both payment discipline and the interests of the entire region.
