AO MOSENERGO sent 11,493 claims to debtors trying to recover 7 billion rubles. This amounts to 51% of the total amount of receivables (in the third quarter of 2001 the receivables equaled 13.7 billion rubles). As a result, debtors satisfied AO MOSENERGO's claims for 4.5 billion rubles.

During the first nine months of 2001, AO MOSENERGO had to respond to 100 claims amounting to 23.7 million rubles. AO MOSENERGO satisfied 40 claims amounting to 10.1 million rubles. 12 claims for 3.6 million rubles are being currently considered. The company refused to satisfy 55 claims for 12.6 million rubles.
