St-Petersburg, Russia; 1 July 2016 – Lenta (LSE, MOEX:LNTA), one of the largest retail chains in Russia, is pleased to announce the registration of its Exchange Bond programme (the ‘Programme’) by the Moscow Exchange ("MOEX") under the identification number 4-36420-R-001P-02E of up to the total maximum principle amount of 100 billion roubles, or the equivalent in foreign currency.
The duration of the Programme is 20 years with up to 10 years maturity for each bond issued under the Programme following the date when the placement of the respective bond commences.
The Programme will enable Lenta to have flexible access to funding in the future and to optimise and diversify its credit portfolio.
Currently there are five bond series in existence representing a total amount of 20 billion roubles.
