AEM ASSET MANAGEMENT LIMITED, a company 100% owned by the main shareholder of LSR Group, has become a new shareholder of PJSC LSR Group. Notification to this effect was received from AEM ASSET MANAGEMENT LIMITED by PJSC LSR Group on December 11, 2015. 

Full business name of the new shareholder of PJSC LSR Group: AEM ASSET MANAGEMENT LIMITED.

Percentage of ordinary shares in PJSC LSR Group held by the above entity before the change: 0%

Percentage of ordinary shares in PJSC LSR Group held by the above entity after the change: 57.56%.

Rationale for the change in the percentage of ordinary shares held by the above entity in PJSC LSR Group: merger with Streetlink Limited.
