Moscow, 23 April 2004. OAO "Nurenergo", subsidiary of RAO "UES of Russia", restores the Peoples' Friendship Monument in the city of Grozny. This Monument, which was destroyed in the military operations, will be opened in early May on one Grozny's central squares.

The Monument restored by OAO "Nurenergo", which was designed by Abdulla Suleymanov, a sculptor well known in the Republic, as the energy company's employees say, is to become a symbol of revival of the Republic of Chechnya.
