During January-June 2011 there was 10 136 applications for technological connection. During the first half of 2011 employees of client service centers (CSC) of IDGC North-West consulted 31 450 consumers. On July 1, 2011 in branches of the company there are 23 client service centers. The amount of employees is 69 people The consumer can ask experts the questions about technical connection, quality and supply of electric energy, to complaint in case of conflict situation. Specialists of Clients Service Centers of IDGC North-West help in processing applications for technological connection to company networks.
