Evgeny Kirsanov was appointed the head of IDGC of North-West industrial control department. Earlier he occupied the position of the Chief Engineer of the regional enterprise “Sevzapenergotekhnadzor” JSC “UES System operator”

Roman Yakobson was earlier the Head of the Industrial Safety Department, who now is at the head of Labor Safety Department. This is the new position in the structure of IDGC of North-West executive office.

Evgeny Borisovich Kirsanov was born on May 9, 1953. He graduated from Ivanovo Power Institute (university) and got the degree of “electricity engineer”.

He has been working in the sector since 1975. From that moment to 2001 he occupied different positions at Severodvinskaya Thermal Power Plant-1 (Arkhangelsk Region). From 2001-2007 he was the chief inspector of the territorial center of Lenenergo, JSC – Sevzaptekhnadzor (St. Petersburg). In 2007-2009 he worked as chief engineer of Sevzaptekhnadzor, JSC “SO CDO UES” (St. Petersburg). From April 15, 2009 he was appointed the head of IDGC of North-West Industrial Department.

He was awarded the diploma of RAO “UES of Russia”, and given the title of “Honored engineer of energy system of Russia”.
