OJSC "TGC-9" holds the large-scale repairs program in its all industrial branches directed to preparation of the equipment of power stations and thermal networks to the winter period of 2008-2009. In 2007, the plans of the "TGC-9" repairs campaign were 100 % executed that allowed the company to provide reliable and uninterrupted power supply of consumers during the autumn and winter period. In 2008, "TGC-9" will assign over 2.5 billion rubles for performance of complete overhaul and medium repairs of 52 power units, as well as execution of all necessary scheduled works connected with preparation of thermal networks.

“Berezniki Thermal Power Station-2” of "TGC-9" branch, the structure of which includes three power stations in Berezniki (the Perm Territory) - Thermal Power Station-2, Thermal Power Station-4 and Thermal Power Station-10 - holds works on routine and major overhaul of the main thermal networks, equipment, buildings and constructions of thermal power stations.

In total, the branch which is responsible for power supply of one of the largest industrial centers of the Perm Territory plans to perform overhaul, routine and medium repairs of 12 turbine units, 15 boiler units, 4 water heating boilers and two boiler installations. All the repairs works are held according to the approved "TGC-9" plans. Already by the beginning of the summer, the routine repairs of 2 boiler units and 1 turbine unit at Thermal Power Station-2, medium repairs of 1 boiler unit and routine repairs of 1 turbine unit at Thermal Power Station-4, and overhaul and medium repairs of 2 boiler units, routine repairs of 1 boiler unit and 1 turbine unit at Thermal Power Station-10 have been executed for reliable and operation in the forthcoming autumn and winter period.

Alongside with the equipment of power stations, the heating system of "TGC-9" in Berezniki was repaired. With the termination of the cold season, the scheduled re-laying of pipes of thermal networks at 2 sites started in the city.
