During the last year more than two hundred specialists of the production direction and branches of TGC-9 in Sverdlovsk region handed in 267 rationalization proposals, 226 of which are now used at the enterprise. New workings are aimed at the fuel saving, saving of heat and electric energy, financial assets, increase of reliability of work of the equipment, automation of production, improvement of labour conditions. Economic effect of application of inventions was 7 million 700 thousand RUR.

The results of inventive and labor-saving work of specialists of TGC-9 in Sverdlovsk region are summed up every year. This year, together with the announcement of results of creative work, the company has announced a competition of inventions and rationalization activity, during which they will determine the best innovator, the best rationalization proposal, the best young innovator (younger than 30), the best production branch.

Chief Engineer of Pervouralskaya HPP (branch of “TGC-9”) Sergey Ivonin got an appreciation of his inventions – he became the laureate of the Cherepanovs’ award for achievements in the field of rationalization, that was presented to him on December 22^nd by the Governor of Sverdlovsk region Eduard Rossel.
