OJSC North-West Telecom is running the 1st level ADR programme   for common shares . Company's depositary receipts are traded in at the US over-the-counter market and at the Frankfurt and Berlin stock exchanges.

Previously, observing the information disclosure requirement s of the US Securities and Exchange Commission in compliance with Regulation 12g3-2b, North-West Telecom had fulfilled its obligations by sending all documents to be disclosed to SEC in writing.

After some amendments were introduced to the US legislation, starting from June 2007, OJSC North-West Telecom can fulfil the information disclosure requirement s by publishing the required document s in English in the Internet .

In compliance with the new rules, a section ADR: 12g3-2b information has been included in the Company's corporate web site, where all required documents are published.
