On Monday, February 12, a meeting will be held at OAO Mosenergo on executing equipment supply contracts for the construction of PGU-450T power-generating unit No.3 at TETs-27.

On Tuesday, February 13, a meeting will be held at OAO Mosenergo on issuing process data and a design policy for the PGU-450T power-generating unit at TETs-21.

On Wednesday, February 14, a meeting will be held at OAO Mosenergo on expansion and modernization projects for GRES-3, TETs-6, and TETs-25, as well as construction of the Petrovskaya State District Power Plant (Petrovskaya GRES).

On Wednesday, February 14, meetings will be held at OAO Mosenergo on the construction of the PGU-450T power-generating units No. 3 and No. 4 at TETs-27 and construction of a PGU-420 power-generating unit at TETs-26.

On Friday, February 16, a meeting will be held on equipment deliveries for the steam-gas power-generating units under construction at TETs-21 and TETs-27.

On Friday, February 16, the Working Group will hold a meeting on the development prospects of OAO Mosenergo’s generating facilities.

The turbine bases in the new main building of power-generating unit No. 3 at TETs-27 are currently nearing completion, and installation of the power boilers and preparation of the pile foundation of power-generation unit No. 4 are continuing. Installation of the main building’s steelwork is continuing at TETs-21.

Construction of new power-generating units and technical reequipment of OAO Mosenergo’s power plants are based on the latest steam-gas cycle technology, which guarantees an efficiency factor of 52-59% (at plants with steam-power units, the efficiency factor is no more than 38%). The highly efficient steam-gas units allow gas savings of up to 25%, while reducing harmful atmospheric emissions by one-third. Commissioning of the first PGU-450 steam-gas power-generating unit at TETs-27 will take place in the fourth quarter of 2007.
