On February 9, 2007, India (Conacona) hosted a working meeting between an OAO Gazprom delegation led by Alexander Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Company’s Management Committee and representatives of Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation (GSPC) Ltd.

The parties addressed possibilities and prospects for cooperation in hydrocarbon production, transportation and marketing in Russia, India and third countries.

At the end of the meeting the parties achieved accords to exchange detailed information on the planned joint projects.
